Terms of Service

Appzoku helps indie iOS developers research competitors and generate short-form marketing video content — scripts, captions, and rendered reels — from their App Store listing. Some features require a paid plan; see appzoku.com/pricing for current plans and limits.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, and represent that you have the authority to connect the App Store listings and social accounts you add to the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's rights.
• Connect an App Store listing, Instagram account, or payment method you don't have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Use the Service to publish spam, or content that violates Instagram's/Meta's own terms and community standards.

You own the content you generate through the Service, subject to the rights of any third-party media (stock footage, templates) used in producing it. You're solely responsible for reviewing generated scripts, captions, and videos before publishing them — including for accuracy, and compliance with app store and platform guidelines (App Store, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

When you connect Instagram and schedule a post, you authorize Appzoku to publish that specific content to that account at the time you choose. We never publish anything you have not explicitly scheduled.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

The Service relies on third-party providers — Anthropic (Claude), Supabase, Meta/ Instagram, Dodo Payments, ElevenLabs, and fal.ai — to operate. Your use of features that connect to these providers is also subject to their own terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Appzoku does not guarantee that generated content will drive downloads, engagement, or any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appzoku is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or pose a security risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where appropriate, by email or an in-app notice.
